Soulink Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Soulink, a digital wellness platform which empowers self-discovery through AI, operated by PROMISOR GRUP DOOEL, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of North Macedonia (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soulink application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Soulink provides AI-guided wellness and self-reflection sessions through interactive avatars ("AI Avatars"). These are designed for entertainment and personal insight, not as medical, psychiatric, or psychological therapy.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Soulink.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account
  • You agree to immediately notify us at support@soulinkapp.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

3. Nature of Service

Soulink provides conversational AI experiences inspired by psychological, philosophical, and artistic concepts.

Our AI Avatars (such as Dr. J and Dr. L) are fictional AI entities inspired by real-world and fictional figures but not endorsed or affiliated with them.

They do not offer medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Soulink is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or therapy.

If you are in crisis or experiencing distress, please contact your local emergency number or a licensed professional.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Soulink for unlawful, harmful, or exploitative purposes.

You must not:

  • Upload or share content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or promotes self-harm, hate, or violence.
  • Use the Services to impersonate another person or entity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our AI systems.
  • Use AI-generated outputs to spread misinformation, harassment, or sexual or violent material.
  • Use Soulink for medical, legal, or financial decision-making.

We reserve the right to moderate, restrict, or remove any content that violates these terms or our ethical guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, software, and data within Soulink remain the exclusive property of PROMISOR GRUP DOOEL and its licensors.
  • Users retain rights to their personal inputs and original written content created within sessions but grant Soulink a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and analyze such content to operate and improve the Service.
  • AI Output Ownership. As between you and Soulink, you own the AI-generated outputs you receive from the Services, to the extent protectable under applicable law. Soulink retains all rights in and to its Services, models, and underlying technology. For clarity, we do not use your prompts or outputs to train third-party foundation models; any internal use is limited to operating, securing, and improving Soulink as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Soulink without written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content and User Responsibility

Soulink generates responses and guidance based on probabilistic AI modeling. These outputs may be unpredictable, symbolic, or fictional.

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be factually accurate or suitable for decision-making.
  • You are solely responsible for how you interpret or use such content.
  • The Company is not liable for any emotional, psychological, or social outcomes derived from AI-generated sessions.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Soulink offers paid subscription plans processed securely through LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), our Merchant of Record, which manages billing, VAT compliance, and payment processing on our behalf.

  • By subscribing, you authorize our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
  • You may cancel anytime via your account or your payment method's billing portal.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
  • EU/EEA right of withdrawal. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase unless you expressly requested immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once full digital delivery begins. Refunds, where applicable, are processed under mandatory consumer law.
  • Features and prices may change with notice prior to your next billing cycle

8. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable law;
  • You misuse AI outputs for harm or disinformation; or
  • You request account deletion.

Termination does not affect any accrued obligations or rights of the parties up to the date of termination.

9. Disclaimers

Soulink provides its Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the information, interpretations, or suggestions provided by AI are accurate or reliable.

Soulink is not liable for emotional distress, crisis outcomes, or interpretations made by users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • PROMISOR GRUP DOOEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, emotional distress, or data loss.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Soulink in the preceding twelve (12) months.

Users located in the EU/EEA retain statutory consumer rights under EU law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PROMISOR GRUP DOOEL, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms,
  • Your misuse of the Services, or
  • Content you create, upload, or share through Soulink.

Force Majeure. Soulink will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, governmental action, internet or telecommunications failures, or interruptions of third-party services such as hosting or payment providers. Soulink's obligations will be suspended for the duration of such event.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Skopje.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website and indicating the effective date.

If the changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you via email or in-app notice.

Your continued use of Soulink after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. General

(a) Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. (b) No waiver. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. (c) Assignment.You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. (d) Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soulink regarding the Services. (e) Notices. We may send notices to the email associated with your account or via the Services. (f) Language. In case of inconsistency between localized versions, the English version prevails.
