Soulink Cookie Policy

Last Updated: May 18, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Soulink ("Soulink," "we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our websites, mobile applications, and online services (collectively, the "Services").

It describes what cookies are, which types we use, for what purposes, and how you can manage your cookie preferences.

This policy applies to all visitors and users of our Services, regardless of location, and is written in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), and the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia (LPDP).

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files or data fragments stored on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website or use an app.

They enable the website or service to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and improve the overall user experience.

We use the term "cookies" to include similar technologies such as:

  • HTML cookies
  • Local storage
  • Pixel tags
  • Clear GIFs
  • Session identifiers
  • Secure tokens

These technologies may help us:

  • Maintain secure login sessions
  • Store your AI chat and journaling preferences
  • Analyze site performance and technical errors
  • Understand how users interact with our Services

Some cookies are placed by Soulink directly (first-party cookies), while others are placed by trusted partners such as Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, or AWS (third-party technologies).
